I do draw triggering and suggestive stuff as well as nsfw, so if you don't want to see any of that, you can use the filter, I highly suggest it. I think there is also the option to blur stuff in the settings somewhere, idk. The least you can do is use the common knowledge that you have to just use the filters or blur system.
